💡 Always include from between the contact name and company — it removes any ambiguity for the AI. A confirmation screen appears before anything is saved — that's your chance to add phone numbers or emails by typing or pasting.

💡 Status, deal value, contact details, quote number and follow-up date can all be updated in one message. Use voice for longer updates — it's faster than typing a full sentence.

💡 Voice works especially well for longer notes — just talk through what happened on the call and the system captures it all. Notes are visible to anyone the job is shared with.

💡 This updates the job's follow-up date and you'll be reminded in your morning digest.

💡 You can share a job at the same time as logging it — just add "share with David" at the end of your new lead message. David gets notified immediately and has full access to view and edit the job.

💡 When marking Lost, the system will show quick-tap buttons to capture the reason. No typing needed.

💡 Nothing is ever deleted. Say "reopen Pinnacle Retail" anytime to restore it to your active list.

💡 Use the last four digits of the job ID and the system finds the right job instantly. You can say the company name after for your own reference — the system doesn't need it, the number is enough.

💡 Not sure of the number? Say "show Vertex Group" and the system lists all their jobs with IDs.
