Your data belongs to you. Full stop.
We do not share your data with other customers
Every SalesTalk account is completely isolated. No other business using SalesTalk can see your leads, your pipeline, your team activity, or any information you have entered into the system. Your data is yours alone.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties
We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your business data with any third party for commercial purposes. Your data is not used for advertising. It is not shared with data brokers. It is not passed to any external organisation without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.
We do not use your data to train AI models
The conversations your team has with SalesTalk — including voice notes, text messages, and deal information — are not used to train any AI model, including the AI systems that power SalesTalk. Your business information stays your business information.
How your data is used
We use your data for one purpose only — to provide you with the SalesTalk service. This includes:
- Storing your CRM records
- Generating your dashboard
- Sending your reminders
- Powering your AI assistant
Nothing else.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We apply industry-standard security practices including:
- Encrypted data transmission
- Access controls and authentication
- Regular security reviews
Only authorised SalesTalk personnel can access your data, and only when required to provide technical support — and only with your knowledge.
Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you choose to close your account, you may request a full export of your data before deletion. Upon account closure, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Telegram and third-party services
SalesTalk operates through Telegram as its messaging interface and uses Google Gemini as its AI engine. While we have selected these platforms for their strong security standards, please note that your use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's own privacy policy, and your use of AI features is subject to Google's data processing terms. We do not control the data practices of these third-party platforms.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you and your business
- Request corrections to any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data at any time
- Export your data in a readable format
- Know if your data has ever been accessed by SalesTalk personnel and why
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@salestalk.asia and we will respond within 5 business days.
Changes to this policy
If we make any material changes to how we handle your data, we will notify you directly via Telegram and email before those changes take effect. We will never retroactively change how we handle data you have already provided without your consent.
